Store & Return Merchandise Policy:
- No refunds or exchanges 21 days after material is received at our warehouse.
- Sales receipts required for all returns and exchanges.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% handling charge.
- The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special orders, natural stone, close-outs/discontinued items, open cartons, mosaic sheet tiles, and setting/grouting materials.
- Orders are accepted subject to our ability to obtain prompt shipment from our suppliers. We accept no liability or damages for failure to obtain materials on a timely basis.
- Crazing, size, and shade variations are an inherent characteristic of all fired products. All material must be inspected prior to installation. No claims considered after installation.
- All off-grade and close-out goods sold “as is”.
- Check your order carefully – no allowance for shortage, or breakage after you leave the premises.
